Woke up in Bear Butte NP which is a special place for Indians nice place/peaceful feel about it. Spent the morning looking round the museum and bookshop - didn't go for a walk... This was followed by a trip to Mount Rushmore... big heads cut into a hill.. We had dinner and stayed the night at the Pine Ridge Indian reservation. The weather was pretty bad for most of the evening with a lot of rain, great thunder and lightning. Did eventually have a fire and slept out overnight.
