Friday, we got up early for a change and went down to the financial district before heading across by ferry for Staten Island to view the Statue of Liberty, we got off the ferry and straight back on to it again to make the return journey. As we were very close to the WTC site we had a quick look at the area and had lunch in a veggie juice bar. As we were tired we headed back to the apartment for a rest and got a pick’n’mix diner take away before heading over to the Village area and a Hip Hop club in the evening.
